Obtaining good lighting and contact with the outside without being exposed to the streets is the axis that governs all project decisions in this type of lots and UF309 is no exception.
With a simple and geometric appearance, the UF309 home hides a series of patios and relationships with the outside that are not visible to the naked eye from the street and that give it a lot of dynamism in its interior relationships and at the same time, provides it with unbeatable lighting and ventilation in each room. Upon entering, in front of the entrance hall that separates the public area from the private area, an exterior patio is displayed through a large window, which allows circulation between each sector of the house in constant relation to the vegetation.
In the main room, two patios on its sides extend the internal space into the en-suite bathroom, a smaller one allows for the most open experience possible, without sacrificing privacy.
