Design, Build and Consolidate
Architectural Project
Schematic plans and volumetry are presented, accompanied by the look and feel until the idea for the Architectural plans is finalized. Considering the premise of the project, with a wish list, environment, guidelines, through conceptual schemes. Subsequently, floor plans, sections, elevations, perspectives and details necessary to visualize the project as a whole are prepared.

Executive Project
Our technical office is in charge of preparing the entire executive project. It is made up of all the plans required to carry out the materialization of the work. In this instance, the masonry plans, installations, structures, among others, are developed.
Work management and execution
For the beginning of a construction, the execution times and the schedule that must be respected for each process are established. Our administrative area will handle all contracts, costs and billing for transparent monitoring of the entire process.
We have a team of collaborators that allows us to cover all areas of a project, from the foundation to the turnkey details of a property. Our engineering, architecture and construction management team allows our projects to be as the client required and supporting them throughout the process.

Interior design
We have an interior design area where the plans for all the equipment and the decoration proposal are made, accompanied by the look and feel, catalog of concepts, advice from furniture and decoration suppliers.
At the same time, we develop the lighting project in its entirety. Lighting is one of the most important factors in design and it is essential to know the characteristics required by each type of space. For this reason, the different types of lamps and fixtures that can be installed are analyzed depending on the function of each space and what we want to achieve in it.
